Audit Associate in Co Bluffs, Iowa

Job Description:
- Gain an understanding and assist in planning multiple audit assignments in multiple industries
- Execute solid understanding of accounting and auditing principles, quality control standards and technology implementation procedures relative to individual client assignments
- Participate in client assignments from beginning to end
- Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with all levels of client staff to increase customer satisfaction and to strengthen client relationships
- Maintain and comply with the highest degree of professional standards, client confidentiality and person conduct
Tax:
- Tax compliance preparation of diverse tax returns in commercial and non-profit industries
- Tax planning and research as needed for clients
- Working closely with managers, partners and clients to deliver quality tax services
 
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree required or on track to receive Bachelor's degree
- CPA eligible or on track to become eligible; desire to obtain certification is required
- Excellent interpersonal, anayltical and research skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Ability to multi-task, think independently and problem solve in a results driven team oriented environment
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
